Ranked on payout net of fees, using each venue's published fee method, a trading fee taken at the trade or a share of winnings taken at settlement; a venue with no published method shows gross only and is not ranked. Rounding is two decimal places at display; the comparison itself is unrounded. An event contract is quoted in cents as the venue posts it; the restatement beside it is arithmetic on that same price, not a claim that a contract and a wager are the same product. The full method.

These carry an approved identity but no price path yet, so no number from them reaches a board. When one does, it is compared and ranked with no outbound link, exactly like any other price-only venue.

How fresh, and how ranked
Both answers are published, versioned and reproducible.

- What the poller actually runs at for pregame markets on the odds vendor's feed, and what a price's age is judged against. The target is 60 seconds; both are published rather than only the flattering one. A venue read from its own API is seen on its own cadence. No in-play comparison at launch.
