ProphetX received designated contract market status from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in June 2026. That federal designation does not settle state requirements, which is why availability here is still venue by state by product.

Participants trade against one another. A quoted price is a resting order rather than a number the venue posts.

Display method

Contracts in cents between 1 and 99, settling at one dollar on the outcome that occurs. This site shows the native cents price first and the American restatement behind a toggle, because the two are not the same object.

Fees

A fee of about 1.5 percent is taken as part of the trade. The best price on this site is ranked after it.

Update expectations

Pregame core markets are expected about every 1 minute. A price that misses one interval is marked aging, and one that misses three is marked stale and stops being eligible to win the best price. A stale price is marked, never dropped.

Affiliate relationship

Odds & Markets has an affiliate relationship with ProphetX and may be paid a commission after a click. It plays no part in the ranking: the best price is ranked on payout after each venue's published fees, across every venue compared.

Approved identity

ProphetX publishes no compact standard this site can rely on, so the board shows the text code PX. No mark is invented, redrawn or recoloured while approval is outstanding.

States

Availability is venue by state by product, not one status for a company. ProphetX is open to readers of this site in 49 of 52 jurisdictions, under sports event contracts. A state that is closed keeps its place on the board: the price is still compared and still ranked, and the cell says why it cannot be used.
