Terms of service
1. What this service is
Odds & Markets is an informational price-comparison service. It shows what a selection you specify would pay at third-party venues we cover. It is not a sportsbook, exchange or gambling operator: we do not accept wagers, cannot process bets, hold no customer funds, and offer no user accounts. Any bet or trade you place happens entirely at the third-party venue, under that venue's own terms.
2. Prices are informational
All prices, payouts and implied figures shown here are informational restatements of data supplied by venues or data vendors, and they move constantly. We make no warranty that any displayed price is current, complete or available to you, and no displayed figure is an offer capable of acceptance. Confirm the number at the venue before you bet — the venue's quoted price at the moment of placement is the only one that binds anyone.
3. No advice
Nothing on this site is betting, trading, financial or investment advice. We never suggest a side, an outcome or a venue; comparison ordering is arithmetic on the selection and stake you enter. Decisions you make using this information, and their outcomes, are yours.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must meet the minimum age required in your location to use this site (21 in most covered states for sportsbook content). You agree not to scrape, resell or misrepresent our data; not to probe, disrupt or overload the service; and not to use it where doing so is unlawful. Venue availability shown for a jurisdiction is informational and does not establish that any venue is lawful for you to use.
5. Affiliate relationships
We may earn commissions from venues you visit through our links, as described in the affiliate disclosure. Compensation never affects comparison ordering.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, SkyBurst Technology, Inc. is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including losses from bets or trades placed at third-party venues or from reliance on displayed prices.
7. Operator and governing law
Odds & Markets is operated by SkyBurst Technology, Inc. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's state of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; venue and jurisdiction clauses await counsel review. Questions: legal@oddsandmarkets.com.
