SMS terms

A phone number is asked for on our forms so that a person can reach you about the request you made. Messaging is a separate, optional programme with its own box, its own consent sentence and its own stop instruction, and the rest of this page is that programme.

The consent you are asked for

I agree to receive a recurring text from Odds & Markets when each weekly Line Comparison Report is published, up to 1 msg/week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving the report, of buying anything, or of using this site. See our terms at oddsandmarkets.com/terms and our privacy policy at oddsandmarkets.com/privacy. We never text about a live price or about when to place a bet.

The programme

Program
One recurring message when each weekly Line Comparison Report is published. Nothing else is sent to a subscriber of this program.
Frequency
Up to one message a week.
Cost
We charge nothing for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier.
Stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further from the program.

Reply HELP to any message, or write to hello@oddsandmarkets.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot promise delivery. The report is always available by email and on the site whether a message arrives or not.
Eligibility
You must be 21 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
