Ownership

Odds & Markets is operated by SkyBurst Technology, Inc., a registered vendor with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, Vendor Registration No. 96475. SkyBurst is one of several sports properties affiliated through GSI Media LLC, alongside WagerBird, Advanced Sports Data and StatNerds. Those are separate products with separate audiences; nothing any of them publishes appears on a board here, and no board here is shaped by anything they publish. The registrations themselves are hosted on this site at /legal/licenses.

Editorial and commercial separation

We earn a commission when a reader continues to some of the venues we compare. That is the business, and it is stated on every page. The separation is not a promise about intentions, it is a property of how the board is built, and it can be checked:

• The ranking function takes no commercial input at all. There is no commercial weighting, no tie-break by relationship and no filter by relationship anywhere in the ordering.
• A venue with no commercial relationship is compared, ranked and able to hold the best price, labelled price only and carrying no outbound link. A best price that hid a better number from a venue that pays us nothing would break the only claim this site makes. Today all 9 venues with a price path link out; 3 further venues are identified for comparison on exactly those price-only terms.
• Columns never reorder when prices move, so a neutral grid cannot drift into an accidental promotion mechanism.
• Offers appear only after a reader has chosen a venue, or on that venue's own page. There are no promotional ribbons inside the price grid.
• The method is published in full and versioned, currently 2026.09.2, from the same constants the board ranks with.

Data relationships

• Prices. Posted prices reach us through a licensed odds data vendor and through venues' own published market data. We pay the vendor; the vendor has no say in what we publish and no visitor data from us.
• Venues. 9 of the venues we compare link out, which means a price cell can carry a link to them and a commission may follow. No venue reviews this site's content, sees it before publication or has any influence over the ranking.
• Identity assets. A venue's mark is drawn only where the venue has published a compact mark and we hold the approved file. Everywhere else the grid shows an approved text code. We do not redraw, recolour or crop a logo to fill a gap.
• Nothing derived. We publish no model output, no probability estimate of our own, no recommended side and no team ranking. A restatement of a venue's own price into other units is arithmetic on that price, and it is labelled as such.

What we are not

• Not a sportsbook or an exchange. No wager occurs on Odds & Markets; we accept no wagers, hold no funds and cannot process bets.
• Not a source of betting advice. We never say whether a bet is a good one, never suggest a side, and never rank venues except by payout arithmetic on a selection you chose.
• Not a review site. Venue pages are factual records: markets, fees, states, update behaviour and relationship. There are no scores and no verdicts.
• Not an account platform. There is no login and no profile, and we do not keep a record of anything you bet.
