What is a run line?
The run line is baseball's version of the point spread, almost always set at 1.5 runs. The favorite at −1.5 must win by two or more; the underdog at +1.5 wins the bet by winning outright or losing by exactly one run.
Because the line is fixed at 1.5, the price does the moving: a heavy favorite might be −1.5 at a plus price, where the same team's moneyline is deep in the minus numbers.
Worked example
A favorite at −1.5 runs priced at +140: a $100.00 stake returns $240.00 in total — $140.00 of profit (41.7% implied, restated from the quote).

How a prediction market handles it
Like other margin markets, the run line is sportsbook territory: prediction markets in our coverage list game outcomes, not run margins.
